Return Shipping Fee

Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping costs unless the original products are defective.

Return Eligibility

• Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items.

• If a dispute or chargeback is opened, the processing time of refund would take up to 75 days. Kindly contact our support team at ourownvibellc@gmail.com for any questions or requests.

• Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must come with original package and original tags attached.

• All gift cards, surprise box, sale items, bikini, bodysuits, and accessories (except for scarves) are not eligible for return.

• If your order is purchased through store credits accumulated from previous returns, the order is not eligible for return.

• Purchases made using compensatory Store Credits are non-refundable.

How to return my orders?

• Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.

• Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.

• We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.

Where is my refund?

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.​

How long will it take to get my refund?

After we receive your return parcel, we will process your refund within 5 business days and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. Please allow additional processing time for the refund, which varies by your payment method/card issuer.
